Better places

three things that are getting me excited:

- ran for 42 minutes around the neighbourhood this morning. And in howling freezing wind. Can definately run to work I reckon (should be the same distance). Next Tuesday maybe... stay tuned.

- Read a profile about retired Russian chess champion Gary Kasparov in the New York Times supplement on the weekend. I guess its old news but how interesting, and appropriate that the strategy game and politics are so intermeshed...

- Doctors appointment at 11am so long morning at home. Yah!
